Qualifications:

Bachelor, computer or communication industry relative
1+ years of maintenance experience or after-sales in communication industry
Work well with people in various situations
Able to work well independently, in large or small teams
Good communication skills, Commitment and self-motivation, ready to work in a challenging environment Fluent in both English written and oral.
Has background with sales, customer service management ,project management experience preferred
Has background with basic commercial, finance preferred.
Able to work under pressure and crisis situation, and at odd hours

Responsibility:

Handing the customer extend service, communication, excavating, analyze with customer's requirements.
Development and sale the extend service, join the extend service bid, customer communication, technical clarification, implement project, contract negotiation and so on.
 As a service interface for customer, coordinate the development of extend service, responsible for customer satisfaction and apperceive degree.
Collection the extend service information, reply the information and supply the solution on time.
Negotiation the relationship between all the after-sales with customer, to guarantee customer satisfaction
Clarification the customer's requirement during the service contract implementation, making the month and quarter statistic report, getting the certificate of service, supply the support to get the payment of service contract.

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This position is accountable for Customer Order Management by implementing Customer Roadmaps and Supply Chain programs in order to ensure Customer Orders are processed and delivered smoothly and efficiently. It will also be responsible for selling and convincing ideas to customers and assess which programs is "best fit" with the need of customer plus finding and driving resolution of customer's issues.

Education

·      Having knowledge in computer operating systems (pref: SAP, JDE, AS400 query, Microsoft business software)

·       Proficient in written and spoken English
