Civil / Construction Assistant Project Manager (code: CAPM)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will assist the day-to-day Project Manager's activities in dealing with but not limited to construction repair and maintenance, store engineers, third party relations, etc.
Requirements:
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent, with GPA above 3.00 from top private or public universities
Comprehend with 3D Rendering Software, Bill of Quantity & Quantity Surveyor.
Preferably experienced in coordinating / supervising in -Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering area- or equivalent.
Comprehend with English is a must, and Korean is more preferable
Coaching orientation / willing to share knowledge with others
Smart, team player, honest, hardworker and dependable
Willing to work long hours in a retail environment
Live in Jabotabek area
