Process Integrator
Responsibilities:

     Define output and target of each process owner in the business process.
     Measure achievement of each process owner.
     Analyze gap and determine the root cause of the gap.
     Improve the process by recommending solutions to process owner.
     Control or Institutionalized the succeeded improvement.
     Prepare information and report needed by principal.
     Coordinate regular business review with principal.
     Measure and improve the principal satisfaction index.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s)/knowledge of: relationship management, know your customer/market, supply chain management, innovation, knowledge management.
Familiar with various tools and method of process improvement (DMAIC, PDCA, etc).
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in FMCG industry, preferably candidate with sales background.
Able to communicate in english
Computer literate
