KPI :
• Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs
• Working with team to devise a campaign that meets the client's brief
and budget
• Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients
• Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure
deadlines area met
• Checking and reporting on campaign's progress
• Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
• Assist the sales & marketing team on all marketing & sales related
correspondent
• Gaining revenue from clients
• Making "pitches" to win new business

Requirements :
• Min 2-3 Years Working experience
• Diploma or S1 on Marketing / Mass Communication / Business will be
favourable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Energetic applicants below the age of 30 y.o is preferred
• An enthusiastic and motivated self starter
• Able to work well in team an independently
• Abe to motivate the team to keep the working spirit high
• Experience in Marketing / Advertising industry will be favourable
(AE/Sales in Advertising Media, TV Commercial, Magazines, Radio, Print,
Digital Marketing)
• Required skill(s) : Team Management & Sales Activities
• Fluent in English

• Good Relationship, Communicative, Attractive, Enthusiastic, Persuasive,
Posses excellent Presentation Skills, Target & Result oriented
• Computer Literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Web - Graphic Designer

KPI :
• Designing and lay outing web or applications for Desktop, iOS, Android,
Windows Phone and Other Platform
• Monitor and executes creations of ideas developed by management
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and
materials.
• Plans concept by designing layout of art and copy regarding
arrangement, size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting layout for approval
• Create and design digital imaging, static banner, animated banner
(flash), wallpaper, and also print to support editorial pictures
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements :
• Max Age 27 Years Old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or Equivalent
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position
• Good skills in designing and illustrating
• Creative Services, Innovative
• Excellent in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, 3DStudio Max,
DreamWeaver
• Have good sense in Typography
• Has Strong Commercial design portfolio
• Fluent in English
